WHO WE ARE.

Our principal, Kaveh J. Ebrahimi, has practiced commercial real estate for two decades. He started in the family business in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Kaveh has developed a specialty in net leased investment properties and has actively sought Portfolio Sale-Leaseback, Build-to-Suit and Value-Add deals across the country, cultivating relationships with clients both large and small. Over the course of his career, Kaveh has successfully transacted in over 2500 closings across the country.

Some notable deals Kaveh has worked on include the sale of over 75 Urgent Care Clinics throughout the Southeastern US, a Multi-Unit Restaurant Portfolio in Tennessee and Georgia, and closed transaction with tenants such as McDonald’s, Taco Bell, NVA, Starbucks, and Dunkin’ Donuts.  His clients include a number of private investors and trustees, as well as Institutional investors, REITS, and syndicate asset managers.       

Kaveh believes in a mantra of always creating a Win/Win situation for all parties in every deal he works on. He believes real estate investments is an industry built on trust and relationships, and works hard to be the best and most knowledgeable source for his clients.
